In 1990 he moved to Bend, OR, and began working at Bend Orthotics and Prosthetics in the Center for 9 years; during which time he went back to school and became a certified orthotist, bracing the entire body. His specialties are biomechanical alignment of foot, ankle, and knee, working with elite athletes as well as diabetic patients, arthritis, and post-surgery patients. He started his own practice in Central Oregon in 1999 to date.

He enjoys the Central Oregon lifestyle: Cycling (Road, Mountain, and Cyclocross), Snow Skiing, Waterskiing, Snowmobiling, Dirt biking, and Sailing. He enjoys horses and moving cattle. Julie Peterson - Pedorthist

Julie Peterson came to us in 2013 as a world-champion cyclist. She received a pair of Cyclesoles (a custom cycling orthotic that Peterson Orthotic Lab created) from our clinic that she carried on to worlds, which intrigued her into the Orthotic industry. She went to Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology where she became certified as a Pedorthist, obtaining her degree in 2017.

She is a mother of four, has owned her own business for 20+ years, and applies the same work ethic to her patients as she does to her Cycling. She is dedicated to the outcome. She enjoys Skate Skiing, Back Country Skiing, Cycling, Waterskiing, Snowmobiling, Dirt biking, and teaching fitness classes.

Petee Peterson Greeter/Scott's Assistant

Petee is the newest addition to Peterson's Orthotic Lab. He is the foot-sniffing, love-giving comfort that many of our patients need. He is very good at what he does. Petee adds a lot of joy and fun to the office and always greets anyone who comes to the door with a wagging tail, especially if there are ear rubs involved.
